Sunday 5th September 2010 will see the 4th River Cottage Autumn Fair at River Cottage HQ.
Celebrate everything River Cottage – from the farm, hedgerow, garden & sea to the plate. As always, they will be teaming up with local and regional food & drink producers, as well as a range of craftsmen, gardening suppliers & wild survival experts all selling their wares.
Over the weekend a number of the River Cottage Team will be attending the event, offering cookery demonstrations, talks, workshops & clinics. The contributors will include John Wright, wild food expert; Pam ‘The Jam’ Corbin; Ray Smith our meat guru; & Mark Diacono, gardening expert to name just a few…
